All new paid subscriptions (Pro and Creator Bundle) are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your paid plan for any reason within 14 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
After the initial 14-day guarantee period, subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
Annual subscription payments are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of the annual period.
The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card in advance. No charges are made during the trial, so no refund is applicable. If you enter payment details at trial start, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Additional AI credit purchases (if offered as standalone purchases) are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used. Unused credits from add-on purchases may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 30 days.

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly through direct communication.
